WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

USA: Orders from within the U.S. will usually arrive 5-12 days after making a purchase - depending on location.

REST OF WORLD: Orders from outside the U.S. will usually arrive 7-20 days after making a purchase - depending on location.

 

WHY IS THERE A PROCESSING TIME ON TOP OF SHIPPING TIME?

At Blu Wild, all of our products are made to order - helping us to keep our carbon footprint low and our waste minimal. This means that on top of shipping time, there is often a small production & processing time. Once an order is placed, your items will go into production, at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order. This process usually takes 5-10 days. Once your order is ready for shipping though, we will be sending you an email to let you know that your items are on their way.

While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control that affect delivery times (natural disasters, holidays, weather). For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact date of delivery.

  

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTY FEES OR CUSTOM TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?

Please be advised that our shipping fees do not include duty/customs charges on imported packages that exceed a certain amount. Duty fees or tax vary from country to country which made it hard for us to account for it. Please ensure that you check your country’s tax specification prior to ordering with us, as White Shark Ocean cannot be held responsible for any tax/duty payments.

 

I HAVEN’T RECIEVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Occasionally, confirmation emails can go into the spam/junk folders - so please check these places first! If you still cannot find it, please contact us with your name so that we can locate your details.
